Find My Horses Presents: Missing Presumed Stolen Equine $1200 Reward in Texas

NetPosse™ Missing Presumed Stolen Horse, NR005207 for ‘Keno’ – Van Vleck (Matagorda County), TX

4/10/2017 - Krystel has informed Stolen Horse International aka NetPosse.com that she has decided not to pursue the case any further as it would have to go through the Civil Courts. Since Keno has been bailed from the killpen and is in a good home, she feels it is in his best interest to let him stay with the new owner. She expressed her thanks for everyone's help in the search for Keno.

Keno was being kept by a friend for me and he sold him without our knowledge. When confronted after getting email that Keno was in a Kill Pen, he finally confirmed he sold the horse without permission. He told me that that he was hoping that I wouldn't find out and after a month or so he was going to tell me that he had died in the pasture. Keno has had a tracheostomy surgery with an open area that allows him to breath. His health is at risk if not cared for properly. Law enforcement has been notified and are investigating.

We have been able to confirm that Keno was sold by a Kill Pen in Texas. At this time we are attempting to confirm with law enforcement as to if case is being handled as a theft.
