Incident Details

Incident Date:
Apopka (Orange County), FL, 32712, USA

Transporter showed up to pick up a pony and deliver to his new home. She saw the other pony and she said she would have to come back tomorrow because she could not transport him with the mare that she already had on the trailer. She told me to follow her to the gas station, her partner was to meet them there. During following her to the gas station, I was stopped by construction. When I got to the gas station there was no one there. They were gone. I believe they came back to my farm and took the nicest horse they saw in my barn. She cut the lock on my gate and to Apple Jack's stall. They even bent the door. They put a halter on him and took him without my permission or knowledge. I called law enforcement and they gave it to their farm and ranch division who will investigate it. Apple Jack is cryptorchid and was to have an MRI and surgery later in the afternoon to remove the testicle that was not descended.
