MISSING EQUINES, – Cali, Bucky – OKLAHOMA
Tulsa (Tulsa County), OK Sunday, November 27, 2016
Cali, Charm, and Bucky were last seen on November 22, 2016, according to Angela Rodriguez. Ms. Rodriguez went out to feed her horses and found them missing from their pastures. Charm was located a half a mile from their home. Cali and Bucky are still missing.
Ms. Rodriguez asked Stolen Horse International for assistance in locating her horses. On November 22, 2016, Ms. Rodriguez reported that she noticed that the barn door was open, lead ropes were missing, and three of her horses were missing from their pastures. The three missing horses were kept in their respected pastures along with her four other horses. Ms. Rodriguez has notified the Tulsa County Sheriff Department of the missing, presumed stolen horses.
Stolen Horse International, a nonprofit organization, also known as NetPosse.com, is well known as the “lost and found’ place for horses on the internet for the equine industry. “Before my Mother passed away, she had asked me to take care of her horses for her as she was no longer able to care for them.”, says Anglea Rodriguez. “Cali was my Mother’s horse, and she means so much to me. They all mean the world to me!” Ms. Rodriguez went on to tell Stolen Horse International, that Bucky was given to Angela with another Arabian she bought from Kansas. Angela has searched day and night for her horses. She has contacted Tulsa County Sheriff Department regarding their disappearance.
On November 24, 2016, Stolen Horse International, Inc. received the first online report on its website, www.NetPosse.com, filed by Rodriguez and, in short order, began distributing the information via their NetPosse Alert (the horse community’s Amber Alert) on the Internet to hundreds of social media groups and private email contacts in an effort to rally the public to help the family.
